Deploy Dr Migrate to your environment. The deployment process varies slightly depending on your chosen data collection method from the previous configuration step.

DMC

If you configured Dr Migrate Collector (DMC) for on-premises data collection, follow the DMC deployment process to set up the lightweight, agentless tool in your local environment.

For: VMware, Hyper-V, and Physical server environments where you need detailed infrastructure assessment and migration planning data.

Azure Migrate

If you configured your environment for Azure Migrate, follow the Azure Migrate deployment process to extend your existing Azure Migrate capabilities with Dr Migrate’s advanced analytics.

For: Environments already using Azure Migrate or organizations planning to use Microsoft’s migration tools alongside Dr Migrate’s advanced features.
