Can Dr Migrate be deployed on a free subscription like Azure Pass?

Free subscriptions like Azure Pass can be used for Dr Migrate Marketplace deployments under certain conditions.
While Azure credits can be used for Azure components like VMs and storage accounts they cannot use their credits for Marketplace products.
Microsoft funded Dr Migrates will run at $0 marketplace cost for the first 127 days while the Azure resources will cost ~300 USD per month.
A Dr Migrate can be installed from Marketplace, as long as the customer provides a billing instrument (eg. credit card).
To avoid a marketplace charge the customer must simply remove Dr Migrate before the conclusion of the free use period. If the customer only has Azure Pass then our SaaS solution may be a better solution to minimise cost impact.
