Navigate to SaaS Subscription Portal
Navigate to Customer Subscription Portal
Select more options (burger menu) on the subscription you want to unsubscribe from.

Confirm Unsubscription
Select unsubscribe.

You are now un subscribed from Dr Migrate SaaS, and your instance will no longer be accessable.
