Deployment Guide
The following steps outline the high level process for a deployment. Please follow the sequence to ensure everything is setup and configured correctly.
Deployment Type
The first step is to choose your preferred deployment type. For a detailed comparison between the two see here.
- Azure Marketplace - deployed within the customer's Azure Tenant.
- SaaS Hosted - securely hosted in Dr Migrate's own SaaS tenant.
Architecture
Ensure you are familiar with the architecture required to support your deployment type. For a detailed view of the different architectures see here.
Prerequisites
Dr Migrate requires that Azure Migrate is deployed as the data collection source. In addition to deploying Azure Migrate there are certain privileges that must also be setup to allow Dr Migrate to synchorize with Azure Migrate.

Dr Migrate Installation
Depending on your chosen deployment type you will need to configure Dr Migrate to connect to Azure Migrate.

Once Dr Migrate is deployed you can add users as required.
